The success of my newest podcast, She Leads She Thrives is not surprising to me. You see, it's my third and over the past decade since I hosted my first one where I was head hunted to be the global female voice for a US based "online radio show" (aka podcast), I have learned a lot about podcast hosting and being a podcast guest.

I am so happy to be sharing the foundations for podcast success in this 90 minute masterclass, hosted live on Wednesday 1st March. As I have shared many times, I am considered and intentional with every aspect of what I create and share and this significantly influences the experience and results achieved.

It's mid February 2023 and on 6th February it was be 4 months since She Leads She Thrives launched. In this time Team Thrive Factor, our amazing guests and I have achieved the following

18,800+ downloads with average weekly downloads above 900 per episode since episode 10
22 new episodes published on a weekly basis since launch - 19 phenomenal episodes + 1 intro episode
featured 11 incredible guests who represent 11 different countries when you consider where they live and where they are from
there are 5 solo episodes featuring only me in our top 10, showcasing the reality that guest episodes are not the only factor in success
have listeners in 23 countries and counting, with the top countries being USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Israel, France and Portugal
have on average 10 pre-recorded episodes ready to publish at any time making the sharing of content effortless
a guest list of incredible women from around the world who are priorities to invite when the episode recording window opens every few months for 2-3 weeks - this guest list as it stands today, could take us through to the end of 2024 along with planned solo episodes so there is no need for cold pitches and dealing with sub standards guests

For context, in the early days of hosting the podcast I did some research and checked in with data published by some of the premier podcast experts in the world. They consistently confirmed that a large % of podcasts hosted by a non celebrity achieve an average of 100-150 downloads a week.

Podcasts, according to the credible information I sourced, that achieved more than 500 downloads in the first 7 days for an episode place that episode and the podcast in the top 5% of podcasts worldwide.

We are close to doubling that for all episodes published since our 6th episode!

As a company we believe in a pricing model that offers a range of options. We believe in payment plans and offer them for a majority of our services and programs. We do not agree with marketing that is driven by scarcity and fear of missing out, or that preys on personal insecurities or beliefs. As of January 2023 will began offering a flat rate pricing structure, thus removing early bird pricing and savings for pay in full. We do not believe in "penalising" anyone who chooses a payment plan by making you pay more than the small additional amount of administrative fees incurred administratively for offering payment plans. Please be patient as we transition this change across the company and our entire suite of offers, products, programs and services.

Unless otherwise stated, there is a 30 day written notice period to cancel ongoing coaching services. Any payments due in the time between your request to cancel and the end of the 30 day period, will be charged as per the agreed rate. No refunds are available on masterclasses or programs, masterminds. For retreats and other in person events you will find relevant cancellation and refund policies included in your related agreement.
