What is a mastermind?
A mastermind is a methodology synonymous with the coaching world, and yet, in the past few years the term has been overused by many coaches the world over as a name for their group coaching or training programs.
A mastermind in it's truest form, is a collective experience where all members collaboratively contribute their experience and expertise for the benefit of all. You will 100% be encouraged to do that.
Is this a true mastermind?
100%. But also, with a difference. It is a mastermind at it's core but with the added benefits of 1:1 coaching and business strategy and learning to provide a wholistic experience that focuses on you being supported and achieving your desired outcomes.
When will the group calls be?
Once the location of all mastermind participants has been confirmed, the regular group call days and times will be confirmed. To accommodate members who may be in different time zones, the time of day may vary to support maximum attendance.
Once the group coaching session schedule is set, every endeavour will be undertaken to ensure the dates and times do not change. So add them to your calendar and prioritise your attendance and participation. In the event that something needs to change due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice as possible will be provided.
How do I book my monthly 1:1 Laser Coaching and Energy and Belief Reset sessions with Shannon?
You will be provided with instructions as to how to do this. One of each session is available to you each month. If they are not used within the calendar months from February to September, the do not accumulate and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months. Book early to get the best time for you.
Will the group sessions be recorded?
Yes, 100% of the time the group sessions will be recorded. You will be able to access the recordings within 24 hours of the live sessions, in the event you are unable to attend in person.
What is Voxer and how do I access it?
Voxer is a secure text and audio message app that is used in many coaching experiences for added support and community. You'll be sent instructions as to how to access and use it. It's been something Shannon has used for about 2 years and her clients love it. It's also not in a social media platform like Messenger, so you can limit the distractions of platforms like Facebook, or your messages getting lost in a sea of new "updates."
How do I take the Thrive Factor assessment and learn my Archetypes?
If you have not previously been profiled by Shannon or a licensed Thrive Factor Coach you'll be sent the link to take the online assessment and to book your 1:1 profiling session with Shannon. Prioritise doing this in the first month of the mastermind.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
If, after joining, you decide that this is not right for you, we will provide you with a full refund of anything you have paid, as long as you email Team Thrive Factor at hello@thrivefactorco.com within 10 days of your first payment. In the event that you action this option, you will not be able to participate in the Thrive Factor profiling experience with Shannon and your access to the mastermind and any resources will be removed effective immediately.
Once the refund period of 10 days has passed, you agree to make any ongoing payments as per the payment plan schedule, until all payments are made. Due to the nature of the mastermind experience you cannot pause payments or your participation. Reach out to Team Thrive Factor if needed to discuss any personal circumstances as soon as they arise.
What if I want to continue at the end of the 8 months?
There are always opportunities to continue working with Shannon in a group or 1:1 experience. These will be shared with you well before the end of our 8 months together, giving you an abundance of time to make your decision about the most aligned next steps for you.

As a company we believe in a pricing model that offers a range of options. We believe in payment plans and offer them for a majority of our services and programs. We do not agree with marketing that is driven by scarcity and fear of missing out, or that preys on personal insecurities or beliefs. As of January 2023 will began offering a flat rate pricing structure, thus removing early bird pricing and savings for pay in full. We do not believe in "penalising" anyone who chooses a payment plan by making you pay more than the small additional amount of administrative fees incurred administratively for offering payment plans. Please be patient as we transition this change across the company and our entire suite of offers, products, programs and services.
Unless otherwise stated, there is a 30 day written notice period to cancel ongoing coaching services. Any payments due in the time between your request to cancel and the end of the 30 day period, will be charged as per the agreed rate. No refunds are available on masterclasses or programs, masterminds. For retreats and other in person events you will find relevant cancellation and refund policies included in your related agreement.
